Just a matter of motivation

Even though Dr. Vonage’s patient is making some progress on regaining his ability to walk, this doesn’t seem to cheer him up. He is being very pessimist during his treatment today. Dr. Vonage won’t accept that kind of behavior so to motivate him, she decides to fuck the shit out of him and swallow his big load.
